The Renesis engine was never designed for forced‑induction from the factory — but that doesn’t mean it can’t be done. Drawing on extensive experience with both turbocharged and supercharged RX‑8 builds, and the development of our own complete turbo system, we’ve engineered a package that delivers a reliable, well‑balanced foundation for anyone aiming for up to 380 hp.

Renesis turbo engines will come with a limited 12 month warranty as standard. Although, will not cover any kind of engine detonation, heat damage or turbo related issues of any kind.

6 Port Series 1 Rx8 

For the 6 port variant and for power levels up to 380HP we would recommend the following package:

• CNC Machined Rotors to accept the REW Rx7 Apex Seals (Recommended redline of  up to 8,500rpms due to the additional weight and centrifugal forces of the Apex seal)
• CNC Machined Rx8 Corner Seals to accept REW Apex seals
• Full Dynamic Rotating Assembly Balancing
• Upgraded Oil Pressure Regulator
• Hybrid Build Approach (**Option of replacing the 6 Port middle Iron with a 4 Middle Iron for better low and medium load characteristics).

4 Port Series 1 Rx8 

• Inlet and Exhaust Porting up to a Street-Port (Recommended redline of  up to 8,500rpms due to the additional weight and centrifugal forces of the Apex seal).
• CNC Machined Rotors to accept REW Rx7 Apex Seals
• CNC Machined Rx8 Corner Seals to accept REW Apex seals
• Full Dynamic Rotating Assembly Balancing
• Upgraded Oil Pressure Regulator

Parts replaced as standard with these packages are:

•  6 x REW OEM Apex Seals
• 12 x OEM Apex Springs
• 12 x OEM Sideseals
• 12 x OEM Sideseals Springs
• 12 x Two Piece OEM Corner Seals
• 12 x OEM Corner Springs
• 12 x Rotor Inner, Outer, Scrapper Springs
• 2 x OEM Needle bearings
• 1 X Pilot Bearing
• 2 X OEM Stationary Bearings
• 2 X Bearing Retaining Screws
• 2 X OEM Rotor Bearings
• 1 X Upgraded Oil Pressure Regulator
• Complete OEM Gasket and O-Ring set

In addition to the the above the engine will be aqua blasted to give a better than new appearance and all bolts now come coated as standard to help prevent corrosion.

Other works such as engine studding and further port work can be carried out if required, although not absolutely necessary for this power target.
